The following policies apply to all CCS clients.
- A 20% Service charge, fuel charge, will be added to
all base rates.
- All out of pocket expenses including two-way tolls,
parking, and airport fees, will be added to your bill.
- CCS waiting time policy:
For Airports pick up. CCS grants a twenty-minute grace period after
the scheduled domestic flight arrival time and a forty-minute grace
period after the scheduled international flight arrival time. For all
other reservations, there is a five (5) minute wait period. Once the
grace period has elapsed, we will charge waiting time at $6.00 per every
five-minute increment.
- Local stops en route are billed at $10.00 per stop.
- Additional stops that are not en route or in other
towns are billed at $25.00 per stop plus waiting time.
- We bill rates of travel for sedans in which a standard
rate at $60.00 per hour.
- Two (2) hour minimum. Fractions of an hour are charged
at an hour rate.
- A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost, plus 20%
service fee, will be charged for any cancellation made less than twenty
four (24) hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- A cancellation fee will equal the proposed trip cost
plus all fees for any cancellation made less then seventy two (72) hours
before the scheduled pick-up time for limousine or passenger VAN/SUV
service. Special events reservations such as wedding, prom or graduation
require payment in advance and all reservations are final. A cancellation
fee will equal the proposed trip cost plus all fees for any service
cancellation .
- A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, plus 20% service
fee, including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger
fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your
CCS vehicle and driver, please call (617) 497-6100 to avoid a no-show
billing.
- A $25 holiday surcharge for service scheduled on the
following holidays: New Year's Eve Day, New Year's Day, President's
Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- CCS shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its
control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and
breakdowns.
CCS monitors all commercial flights: train schedules cannot be monitored.
- We charge applicable taxes as required.
